This wine is an excellent example of a young Hunter Semillon with typical citrus flavours on the palate.

The Semillon fruit for this wine was sourced from premium vineyards on the fertile river plains of the Upper Hunter Valley. The 2007 growing season was dominated once again by drier than usual conditions. The season produced fruit of moderate yields with high intensity and flavour.

Colour Straw green in colour,

Bouquet and Palate  Aromas of lemon and lime on the nose combine with lifted tropical fruit characters on the palate. A clean and crisp finish with good length rounds out this wine.

The Hunter Valley enjoys unrivalled recongition for the production of the worlds best Semillons.

Food  This excellent youthful style is a must for Summer and to match with seafood.
