Colour Pale straw with green hues.
Bouquet The wine exhibits qualities typical of quality Semillon from a warm vintage: pronounced green apple and lime zest, with developing secondary characters of toast and crushed herbs.
Palate The palate is soft, round and generous with lime and lemon flavours dominating. The back palate reveals the beginnings of Hunter Semillon aged characters of toast and lanolin. The complex and refined palate is well complemented by the fresh, clean finish.

pH: 3.13
TA: 6.35g/L
Cellar Drinking beautifully now, however will support careful cellaring until 2012.
