Bouquet and Palate Blackberries, raspberry and sloe berries with a very fine fruitcake complexity. These two varieties have been a match made in heaven. The blend of 55 % Shiraz and 45 % Cabernet Sauvignon elevates this wine.
Food Match The generosity of ripe berry flavours in this great wine lends itself to some superb marbled Black Wagyu, with its outstanding flavour and tenderness.
