Colour The wine appears pale straw in colour with youthful green tinges. 

Bouquet The aromatics in this wine are typical for this blend, displaying plenty of fresh passionfruit, gooseberry, citrus and sweet herbaceousness. 

Palate The palate has an abundance of ripe tropical fruit flavours, balanced by a clean, zesty acid on the finish.

Winemaker Barry Kooij 

Winemaking Process Fruit batches and varieties were fermented in stainless steel fermenters at 15C for 2-3 weeks. The long cool ferments helped retain natural fruit flavours and aromas. The different parcels were then blended, cold stabilised and filtered prior to early bottling to retain freshness.
