Palate The overall appearance in taste shows a very fresh, clean, crispy sensation with powerful fruit taste from the beginning of each mouthful to long after the wine is swallowed. The fruity flavours are very long and strong. Honey, grapefruit, green apples, kiwi fruit, capsicum spice, passion fruit and freshly cut lime are all fruit characters I can observe in the taste of our wine.

Food Match Our Rieslings have a reputation for being about the best wine one can enjoy with all fresh seafoods, particularly oysters and shellfish. We don’t mind which foods we enjoy with our Riesling it goes great with a variety, from chicken, to steak, to Mediterranean delights; pasta, perfect with just about anything.
