This blend of Cabernet and Shiraz is a versatile red that makes a great match to any number of classic dishes. Try with braised lamb medallions tenderised by long slow cooking and served on mash with braised beetroot. Alternatively, spaghetti bolognaise made with fresh spices and served with shaved parmesan and garlic bread. This medium bodied red also makes a great partner for any barbequed meats, such as ribs marinated in honey and soy.
