Aroma Made from 100% Adelaide Hills’ grown Pinot Noir, this sparkling wine has strawberry and cherry aromas accompanied by a floral lift.
Palate Clean, vibrant strawberry flavours are enhanced by the very fine, persistent bead. The fruit sweetness is balanced by the crisp acid and a long, clean finish.
Cellar To be enjoyed chilled and whilst young. It is the perfect pre dinner or celebratory drink.
