Colour Cockfighter’s Ghost Merlot 2007 is crimson red in colour.

Bouquet   The wine has blueberries, black currant and varietal spice aromas

Palate  The palate is rich with spicy plum flavours leading to a soft dark chocolate tannin finish.

Cellar This is a wine which will continue to improve for five to eight years in the cellar if stored in optimum conditions.

Food Match It makes an ideal accompaniment to hearty red meat dishes such as beef and lamb casseroles, roasts, barbecued steak and venison
