Palate An elegant Merlot with the ripe blackcurrant and fresh earth aromas. Enjoy the rhubarb flavours on the generous palate.
Food Match If you appreciate Beef Carpaccio you will understand how the fruit and chocolate flavours in the Merlot will work so well but not overpower the ‘freshness’ of the beef with the saltiness of the parmesan and piquancy of the capers. Otherwise try White Rocks veal with some wild mushrooms.
