Vintage Notes Crafted to resemble the French Provencal style, this wine has been blended using premium contractgrown Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. In making the wine, the fruit was crushed and left on skins for six hours to allow colour and flavour to permeate into the juice. The distinctive Rosé tinted juice was then drawn from the skins and fermented in tank using an aromatic yeast strain aimed at enhancing its fresh, fruity character. Upon  ompletion of primary fermentation the resultant wine was stabilised, fined and bottled early to ensure freshness and vibrancy are retained.
