Bouquet The nose displays attractive layers rich, ripe fruit with cassis, cherry, chocolate and coffee bean bound together by well balanced oak.

Palate The palate is quite intense with rich sweet fruit continuing to a long finish with generous tannins.

Cellar This wine is drinking well now, however it may be cellared with confidence for another 5-7 years.

Winemaking Following open fermentation with hand-plunging, the wines underwent malo-lactic fermentation and maturation for 21 months in French oak barriques. Selected barriques of each variety were blended to produce this exceptional wine.
