Bouquet and Palate The nose is lifted with stonefruit and citrus characters continuing on to a palate displaying tropical fruit and lemon sherbert with a crisp, dry finish.
Cellar Drink now or cellar up to 4 years.
Following harvesting, the fruit was processed immediately, undergoing a slow cool ferment in stainless-steel.
