Colour This excellent wine is deep purple in colour with a crimson pink hue.
Bouquet The bouquet is smoky with tones of white pepper, plum and mint.
Aroma Sweet vanilla beans, heady plum jam and licorice dominate the bouquet with a subtle smokey oak influence heightening the fruit aromas.
Palate The wine has great depth and richness evident in the glass. The palate has all the elements of correct structure and order.
Cellar the wine is ready to drink now but will also cellar well 3 to 8 years into a rich and plump Merlot with luxurious complexity
