Colour Delightful rich deep antique light gold in colour, clearly full of fruit characters with a magnificent bead and lustre.
Bouquet Nose is of toasted Brioche, marigolds, butter and a beautiful almondine honey fragrance. There are lifted characters of creme caramel, clover, wild fresh mint and guava.
Palate On the tongue there is an immediate sensation of fresh bakery delights, jams and marmalade, more brioche, fruit danishes and a a slight acid at the finish that recalls veined cheeses and teal leaves. Very delightfully rich with wonderful nuances.
