Colour Mid straw with a green tinge.
Bouquet Complex and lifted nose showing gooseberry and lychee fruits, with a touch of asparagus and grassy notes.
Palate Full, and tight with gooseberries and lychees, and grassy overtones. Firm acid, some minerality and intense flavours on the mid palate, give the
wine overall balance.
Cellar Serve chilled and enjoy over the next 18 months.

Fermentation Fermented cool, to retain maximum freshness, then left on gross lees for 3 months. Fined and filtered prior to bottling.
