Growing Condition Excellent growing conditions for the 2006 vintage have produced this beautifully balanced Cabernet Sauvignon.
Aroma The generous and complex fruit characters have yielded aromas of blueberry, blackcurrant and cedar.
Palate Twenty four months in new and old French oak hogsheads provides length on the palate and softness in texture.
Cellar The wine has excellent tannin balance and cellaring will produce greater complexity and enhance the cigar box and chocolatey characters.
FOOD MATCHING
The elegant wine is ideal with any red meat such as chargrilled lamb or beef and a perfect match to any hard, mature cheese.
