Bouquet Rhubarb and raspberries layered over raspberry chocolate sweetness.
Palate A beautiful wine from the vineyard manager’s favoured parcel. Soft and velvety with a cascade of rich fruit and chocolate. Rich, textured and comforting, has to be the order of the day to sit with this wine.
Food Match Mum’s slow cooked casseroles, a rich red meat sauce pasta or even indulgence with dark chocolate.
