Colour  Pale watery lemon colour

Bouquet The aroma has strong fruit complexity. There are hints of gooseberry, lycee,

green apple, cucumber, melon, mango and pungent papaya.

Palate The palate is elegant, clean and pure. The fruit flavours are allowed to express themselves through soft acidity and low phenolics. Good length of flavour and great balance.
