Colour Deep cherry with a vibrant purple hue and brilliant depth.
Aroma The aroma displays blackberry, cassis, plum hints of mulberry. Nuances of Eucalypt, mint and sandalwood.
Palate Fresh blackberry and red currant with hints of mint and menthol. Savoury finish with a hint of slightly charred oak balance the velvety tannins and tight acidity with the primary fruit flavours.
Alcohol 13.5%
Serving Enjoy now or cellar for up to ten years to enhance complexity. Serve this wine at room temperature with Beef Ragu or a platter of matured cheeses.
