Colour Our Cabernet Sauvignon is bright red in colour.
Bouquet The generous nose displays a complex combination of fruit cake, cherries, licorice and mixed spice from 12 months maturation in French oak barrels.
Palate The vibrant long palate is full bodied with ripe red stone fruit and vanilla flavours.
Cellar While drinking well now, this wine will develop superbly over the next five to ten years.
