Notes Specially selected parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon have been blended to produce this wine for Watershed's reserve style range.

Aroma The wine shows complex aromas of liquorice, black currant and black olives with hints of mint and mocha.

Palate Dense velvety texture is complemented by vanilla and mocha notes with fine silky tannins from 18 months in French oak barriques.

This wine can be enjoyed now or with careful cellaring will develop over the next 8 to 10 years.
