Our Pilsener is brewed in the traditional Czech style.

We've combined authentic Czech Saaz hops with soft Hunter water and premium Australian malted barley. Our full-bodied Pilsener has a malty flavour, pleasing bitterness and fruity hop aromas. Think of Bluetongue Pilsener as a first generation Czech-Australian.

Serving suggestion: If traditional Czech roast pork and dumplings is not on the menu, why not try Bluetongue Pilsener with cuisine from the East. The fragrant aromas of spicy Thai, Malaysian or Indian combine perfectly with our Pilsener. There is enough body and flavour in the beer to compliment the taste of the food and the bitterness matches the heat of the spices.
