Bluetongue Premium Lager's fresh, full flavour comes from soft Hunter water and the finest local malted barley. Tasmanian bittering hops with a late addition of noble German Hersbrucker hops create a deliciously crisp bitterness and a tantalising floral aroma.

Serving suggestion: Our Premium Lager is a perfect partner to pan fried foods like tempura battered blue-eye cod, fried quail or chicken. It is also great with gourmet burgers and steak, even thick cut potato fries. The hop freshness helps to cleanse the palate after richly textured foods.
