Winemaking notes: 100% free run juice, cold fermented, partial barrel ferment (old barrels) and lees stirringto provide textural complexity.
Colour: Pale straw
Nose: This is an intensely aromatic wine, bursting with vibrant passionfruit, citrus and guava aromas.
Palate: The palate is lean and long with bright, generous fruit flavour and crisp mouthwateringacidity on the finish. An excellent food wine to drink over the next few years.
Comments An excellent example of this very popular style, that demonstrates why Orange is now regarded as one of the premier regions for sauvignon blanc in Australia.
