Colour deep red
Aroma The aromas are of cedar, blackcurrant, black olives, mulberries and fleshy berry fruits. The careful application of French oak adds complexity to the wine and allows the fruit to dominate the aromas.
Palate The palate is richly intense and smooth, with the dark fruits filling the mid palate and the soft tannins adding spice and structure. The flavour lingers, which creates a wine that can be enjoyed with or without food.
