Aroma This 2008 Cooks Lot Rose from Mudgee is gorgeous with aromas of strawberries, raspberries and violets.
Palate The palate is delicate and refreshing showing plum and cherry notes with a crisp dry finish.

The 2008 Cooks Lot vintage started with very cool spring with a mild mid season and finished with a cool harvest. One of the coolest vintages for many years.
Vinification
Gentle pressing with a short skin contact for colour and aromatics and a little tannin extraction. Cooks Lot Rose was fermented in stainless steel vats at approximately 15 degrees and bottle early to preserve the freshness.
Cooks Lot Rose was awarded a Bronze medal at the Wine Style Asia Awards Singapore
